I use to suffer from both panic and anxiety attacks. The panic attacks stopped in the sixth grade, starting when ideas of the world were too big for my elementary school mind to comprehend. A favorite was what if there’s no God, then there would be no space, what does nothing look like? Isn’t that already kind of what space is? Or is it everything? Insert heavy, quick attempts at breathing, which suddenly became hard to do.
