
Taking time out to care for yourself in this chaotic world is paramount. It’s the little things, unplugging, indulging in a hobby, taking a bath. Personally an epsom salt bath once a week has proved life changing for me. Any tension or stress that I carry in my body, especially my shoulders, dissipates.
