Every time you feel like giving up, that nothing is changing, remember change is the only constant. Look back at how much your life has changed from this year to last, and the year before that. Things To Remember This Week

Just a reminder to take it day by day, finding gratitude and serenity in the things you have. Also knowing you’re not a machine, but a human who errs. As a perfectionist I find myself wanting to jump to the mastery part of skills I’m learning, taking the joy from my goals.
