Reminder: Baby Steps Accumulate

Every time you feel like giving up, that nothing is changing, remember change is the only constant. Look back at how much your life has changed from this year to last, and the year before that. Small But Mighty Monday

My pseudo ex-stepson used to say “I may be small, but I am mighty.” Can’t recall the movie he got it from, but he said it so often it stayed with me. It’s unconsciously become an affirmation of mine.
While my ex-stepson was referencing his physicality, I use the saying when taking action to better the world. I implore you to do the same. Show the world what you’re made of, you aren’t too small to make a difference. Via: An Anxiety Thing

People Who Are Good For You Mentally

Get rid of toxicity, it’s draining and lowers your vibration. If someone isn’t good for your mental health ditch them, life is too short to waste time, or energy, on people who don’t make you feel good. Replace them with people who care. That’s why I’m suing Mick Jagger and documented how he’s treated me. He thought I’d miss him, but I don’t. I truly just pity him, he’s stuck in toxicity because he’s a coward.
