The vibe seems to be people using people, for attention, drama and opportunity. Instagram is the breeding ground for the vapid and superficial. Which makes sense, it’s purely aesthetic based. There are certain industries that do the same. Are you a social climber, or do you seek out genuine relationships? If the former, where does it stem from (insecurity, career, the need to people please…)?
