Such is the importance of meditation, quieting the mind to connect with your soul. The mind is wrapped up in ego, a survival mechanism to protect. When you learn to control it, instead of letting it control you, clarity is found. By connecting to essence, because you’re a soul having a human experience. Mediation isn’t an easy task to master, like anything else it takes practice.
Imagine someone talking at you and never listening. How would that make you feel? Very one sided, toxic, draining. That’s what you’re doing when you only pray to God.
Praying is speaking to the Almighty.
Meditation is listening to the Almighty, this is how you co-create. Stop making blanket statements about things you think (keyword) you understand.
