Monday Can Mean: Anxiety Triggers

The beginning of the week can be triggering, depending on how you prepared for it. Anxiety is common, uncomfortable af and can ruin your entire day. A day you didn’t enjoy and can’t get back. Personally meditation was my game changer, I’ve said it a million times, I’ll say it again. Any source of grounding, be it taking a walk in nature, yoga…will combat an anxiety attack, it’s all about controlling your mind and shifting your perspective. Be easy on yourself, figure out what’s triggering you, break it down into baby steps and tackle it one step at a time. Via: Curly Therapist
