Healing & Mental Health Activities

Health care includes taking care for your mind, energetic body, and soul. The small things really make a big difference, reading, doing yoga, therapy once a week. I know there’s a stigma around therapy, telling someone your business, or thinking it makes you a loon, weak, but there shouldn’t be. Checking in with a professional, working on your issues, releasing trauma, it makes you a better person, an evolved one. Find someone that suits you (not every therapist is a good one). Make healing a priority. Which of these activities can you add to enhance your life? Via: DrLaurenFogelMersy

Scrapbooking As A Diary

Doing scrapbooking as a diary is a good way to journal, for people who find the task tedious. Creative, cathartic, something I’m going to try. Lord knows I can’t draw beyond stick figures. I’d like to do this in addition to journaling, hmmmm maybe I’ll even use it as a vision board book. Sometimes you just need to change a tiny thing for it to work for you. I’m not a vision board type, but who says it has to be any sort of board? Books work better for me. Which note resonates most with you? Via: Good Vibes With Words

Six Ways To Let Go

Holding on isn’t always the best option, for those of you struggling to let go, here are six ways to do so. I use to journal regularly, one of my resolutions is to start again. I found it extremely helpful, it’s also a good way to avoid gossiping, venting to the wrong people and emotional outbursts. How do you let go? What was the last thing you released? Via: CrystalsWithin
