“Thank God for girlfriends. In this crazy, chaotic, divided world that was run by men, you could count on the women.”

Love these renditions of Mona Lisa as a cool, glammed, gangster black woman. Alter ego Mona Leisha has officially stepped into the building. Clock it. You’re welcome, to anyone who just found their new hip decor. Which one would you display? Artist: Ebonic Embrace

Sitting by twiddling your thumbs won’t do. This is Armageddon, inaction is complicity. Doesn’t matter how many Bibles, Qurans or religious texts you’ve read. Doesn’t matter how often you attend “sacred” services. Complicity, enabling evil by doing nothing will not be rewarded. This is why the scale was able to tip to evil to begin with. Take accountability for this co-creation. Direct your rage to change the world. Artist: Lindsey Cherekwaller

Letting go is liberating. Removal isn’t always a loss, but a freeing of space for better to come. It can be a weight lifted from your being entirely. What no longer serves you and needs to be released? Artist: JujuJaan

Find someone with the same convictions as you, be action oriented. There’s nothing like burning it all down with someone you love, for better to be built. Fuck the system, fuck those who uphold it, fuck those who created it. Artist: PhaedraPeer

“If she believed in a God, it was in one who functioned something like Louise in this moment: rooting for her charges from afar, mourning alongside them when they were rejected, celebrating every small victory that came their way. She noticed the lonely ones, the ones at the edge of the crowd; she felt in her heart a sort of wild affectation for them, wanted to go to them, to stand next to them and pull them tightly to her side; and yet she also knew that to intervene in this way would disrupt something sacred that- at twelve and thirteen and fourteen years old- they were learning about themselves and the world. And this, too, was how she thought of God.”

“Irony of a Negro Policeman offers a poignant critique of the role of African Americans within systems of authority that has historically oppressed them…this artwork encapsulates Basquiat’s skill in using visual language to explore complex social-political themes, particularly those surrounding race, identity, and power. The painting portrays a black policeman rendered in Basquiat’s signature style that borrows elements from graffiti, Neo-expressionism, and art brut. The figure is depicted with an oversized, mask-like face and a body adorned with a uniform. It suggests the inherent conflict of being Black and serving in a role that upholds the very structures of racism and oppression against one’s own community. Basquiat’s use of the word Negro, an outdated term for African Americans, further emphasis the historical context of this struggle and the systemic racism embedded within American society.”
Unfortunately this behavior has permeated beyond the sphere of law enforcement. We see it everyday with government officials and celebrities. Who perpetuate cycles and systems to the detriment of their own people for blood money. Lebron James is just another Uncle Tom satanist swimming is Zionist money, when they detest black people. Calling him an assortment of niggers, ER, behind closed doors (read The Vindication Of Bob Vylan). It’s a circus and to these dirty, inbred, vitriolic whites, they play the role of apes. Jump through the hoops monkey, as you’re trained to do. I gave them unrestricted witchcraft while rescinding it from their massas, there’s no excuse. Beyoncé, Eric Adams, etc…are choosing to be Gorillas at this point. Don’t ever misalign Basquiat. Can you name others who help oppress their own? Via: Basquiat_Art11

Energy is absolutely everything. It’s can’t be created or destroyed, but it can be alchemized by raising or lowering your vibrations. Witchcraft is merely harnessing energy and directing it towards to outcome you desire (read Kim Kardashian Did Witchcraft On Paris Hilton, Kanye West & More). My domain. That being said, here’s a reminder to be mindful of yours. That means protecting it and assessing how you use yours. If you’re a shit person, the former isn’t going to happen. You’ll end up reaping what you sow. The longer it takes the worst the repercussions are. Be accountable. Artist: Mara.IllustrationsReal

Stillness is underrated. Most people can’t handle it, because they’re programmed to go, go, go, especially in America. It also requires you to spend time with yourself, which is difficult for the low vibrational. Accepting oneself as is is easier said than done, but worth it.
The people who constantly need companionship or sound fear facing their true colors. They don’t love themselves. Trust me I’ve been there. Shedding trauma, letting go, going inward, holding yourself accountable is extremely difficult. Nothing could be more rewarding though. It’s the only way to evolve. Rest, recharge, realign. All too often we forget we’re individual people with individual purposes. You are unique. The only you there will ever be. The cookie cutter formula for life is an illusion. Everyone has their own path to follow. Accept yours, compare you now to the past version of yourself, not to someone else. The definition of a good life is different for everyone.
